How to change an FTP account's access

Want an FTP account to reach a different folder? Here’s how.

1. Log in to the control panel.
2. Click the website that has the FTP account.
3. When the website dashboard opens, click the Advanced menu at the top, then FTP.
4. Click the three dots next to the FTP account and click Manage.
5. Scroll down to Directory Access and click the pencil icon.
6. Enter the name of the folder the account should reach.
7. Click Save.
