Keep it Legal & Kind: Do not host illegal content, pornography, or material that incites violence or hate.
Don’t Hog the Lane: Our shared hosting is for websites, not massive file storage or resource-heavy apps that slow down your neighbors.
No Spamming: We have a zero-tolerance policy for unsolicited bulk emails and require strict adherence to opt-in procedures.
Play Fair: If you break these rules, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your service to protect the rest of the community.
This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) sets the standard for how FiwiWeb Services’ hosting services should be used. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your service. If a dispute arises regarding the interpretation of these rules, FiwiWeb’s reasonable commercial judgment will serve as the final authority.
This document represents the complete agreement between FiwiWeb Services and you, the personal or corporate account holder. As a provider of web hosting, domain registration, and web development, we have specific legal and ethical duties to ensure our servers and equipment are used responsibly. While our mission is to provide you with a powerful internet presence, we reserve the right to cancel or suspend access to any service if we determine an account has been used inappropriately.
FiwiWeb’s web hosting service is specifically designed to meet the digital needs of small, independently owned, and operated businesses throughout the Caribbean region. It is not appropriate to use our services to support large-scale global enterprises or international businesses with sustained resource demands that place an undue burden on our systems or negatively impact the experience of our core Caribbean small business community.
Because we provide a shared web hosting service, multiple customers utilize the same server infrastructure for their websites, email, and data. To protect all users, we employ abuse controls to ensure that no single account adversely affects the performance of our systems. Please note that accounts may not be used primarily as remote storage space or for the long-term archiving of electronic files.
Your hosting plan is designed to provide ample room for your Caribbean small business to grow. While we allow your site to expand as needed to meet legitimate business requirements, we implement abuse controls to ensure a high-quality experience for all users on our shared network.
FiwiWeb’s services are intended for web hosting only. Using an account primarily as an online storage space, an archive for electronic files, or a personal backup drive is strictly prohibited.

Real-Time Applications: Running stand-alone, interactive real-time chat applications that require server-side resources (remotely-hosted third-party chat services are permitted).
Background Processes: Running stand-alone, unattended server-side processes, daemons, or any software that interfaces with an IRC (Internet Relay Chat) network.

Should your website bandwidth usage present a risk to the stability, performance or uptime of our servers, we will notify you via email and we may restrict the resources your website is using. It’s very rare that a website violates our Terms of Service and is typically only seen in sites that use hosting for file sharing or storage. Bandwidth is also reset every month
Some of our accounts come with unlimited databases, sub-domains, FTP accounts, etc., this is subject to how much disk space your account has. So you can create as many databases, sub-domains, etc as you want as long as it is within your disk space limit.
