What is Cloud Hosting?

Cloud Hosting is web hosting built on top of a cloud infrastructure to make your website perform faster, more reliable, and always available for your customers.

How Do I Get a Free Domain Name?

When you sign up for one (1) year on any of our eligible hosting plans we will cover the cost to register the domain name for you. The domain can be .com, .net, .org, or .xyz and must be regularly available, the domain will renew at regular price after the first year.

Can I Upgrade my Cloud Hosting Plan?

Yes, you can easily upgrade your plan from the client portal. Once logged in you will have the option to upgrade your plan or add new services.

How do I cancel my service?

To cancel your service, you can log in to your account and go to services and click mamange. From there, you should be able to cancel your service and stop future billing.

Will the Price Change After I Sign Up?

The price you see on our website is not an introductory price, that is the price you pay. We believe in simple fair pricing so we don't use confusing or deceptive pricing practices to get you to sign-up and then surprise you with a higher bill the next billing cycle.
