How to add a new database user

A database user is a username and password that’s allowed into a database. Your website uses it to read and save information.

1. Log in to the control panel.
2. Click the website you want to add the user to.
3. When the website dashboard opens, click Databases in the top menu.
4. Click Add User.
5. Enter a Username and a strong Password.
6. Optional: give the user access to a database now.
7. Click Add.
