How to add users to a database

A database user can only get into the databases you give it access to. Here’s how to add one.

1. Log in to the control panel.
2. Click the website that has the database.
3. When the website dashboard opens, click Databases in the top menu.
4. Click the database.
5. Click Add Database User. Then:
   • If the user already exists, select them and choose what they’re allowed to do.
   • If they don’t exist yet, click Create new user, enter a Username and Password, and choose what they’re allowed to do.
6. Click Add.
