What happens if my payment is late?

Life gets busy, we get it. Here’s what happens if a payment is late, so nothing catches you off guard.

Hosting plans

• 7 days late: we add a late fee to your account.
• 7 days after that notice: if your account still isn’t paid up, we may suspend your service. That means your website goes offline until it’s paid.

Website Partner

You get a little longer: a 14-day grace period before we suspend anything. Your website is your shopfront, and we don’t want it going dark.

How to stay on time

• Watch your inbox. We email you at least 7 days before each renewal.
• Save a card. Turn on automatic payments in your client portal and we’ll charge it on the due date.
