Your content is always yours

The text, logos and photos you give us belong to you. Always.

The design is licensed to you while you’re a Partner

While your plan is active, we look after the website design and the setup behind it, and you’re licensed to use it. That’s what lets us handle updates, security and edits for you.

Moving to another host

Want to cancel and take your website design somewhere else?

• In the first 12 months: a one-time design buyout fee applies. It covers the work that went into building your site. Open a ticket and we’ll tell you the exact amount.
• After 12 months: there’s no fee. The design is yours to move wherever you like.

How to cancel

Give us 30 days’ notice in writing. A ticket in your client portal or an email to support@fiwiweb.com both work.
