How does our website design process work?

Three simple steps, and we keep in touch the whole way. Most small business sites go from first “hello” to live in 2 to 4 weeks.

Step 1: We get to know your business (week 1)

Before we build anything, we listen. We talk about your goals, your customers, and the look you like. Then we plan how your pages fit together, so visitors can find what they need and get in touch.

Step 2: We design and build (weeks 2 to 3)

This is where your site takes shape. We design it around your brand and make sure it works well on phones, tablets and computers. You’ll see progress along the way, with plenty of chances to tell us what you think.

Step 3: We check everything and launch (week 4)

We don’t just hit “publish.” We test your site on different phones and browsers to make sure everything works. When you give us the green light, we go live.
