How do I access my hosting control panel?

Your hosting control panel is where you run your website: files, databases, domains, backups and more. We use the Enhance control panel. Think cPanel without the clutter.

There are two ways in.

Option 1: Go straight there

1. Go to ecp.fiwiweb.com.
2. Sign in with the login details from the email we sent when your hosting was activated.

Option 2: Go through your client portal

No password to remember this way.

1. Log in to your client portal.
2. Click Services.
3. Find your hosting plan and click the arrow on the right to open its details.
4. Click Login. You’ll be signed in to the control panel automatically.
