How do I access the client portal?
Your client portal is home base for your account. It’s where you pay bills, manage your services and ask for help.
How to log in
- Click Log in at the top of our website, or go straight to portal.fiwiweb.com.
- Enter the email address and password you used when you signed up.
Forgot your password? Click Forgot Password and we’ll email you a link to reset it.
What you can do there
- See your account details
- Manage your services, and upgrade or cancel them
- View and pay invoices
- Update your payment details
- Open a support ticket
