How do I cancel my hosting service?

You can cancel anytime from your client portal. There’s no contract on hosting.

1. Log in to your client portal.
2. Click Services.
3. Find the service you want to cancel and click Manage.
4. Click Cancel Options.
5. Choose when you want it to end:
   • At End of Term: your service keeps running until the time you’ve paid for runs out, then it stops.
   • Immediately: your service stops right away.
6. Tell us why you’re leaving. It helps us get better.
7. Enter your password to confirm.
8. Click Save.

Before you cancel, download a copy of your website files. Once the service stops, they’re gone.
