Open a ticket
This is the best way to get help with your account, because we can see your services right away.
- Log in to your client portal.
- Click Support, then Tickets.
- Click Open Ticket.
- Choose Support as the ticket type.
- Write a short summary, add the details, and click Open Ticket.
Send an email
Email support@fiwiweb.com, any time of day or night. Send it from the email address on your client portal account so we can find you quickly.
